The Buddha Tree in Ayutthaya, Thailand has actually grown around a statue that was placed near the tree.

This tree grows on Vashon Island, Washington. It apparantly has some measure of fame, even having a children's book written about it. Some kid leaned his bike against the tree and when he came to get it twenty years later it was in the trunk seven feet off of the ground.

Poor little Volkswagen Beetle has a tree growing through it's bumper. Now that's real farfegnugen!

Chandelier Redwood Tree has had tourists driving through it's carved out trunk since this photo was taken in 1941.

The California tree is 315 feet tall. The hole for cars was carved out in the 1930's.
