It was the disease itself that changed not through the introudction of drugs but because it was too prevalent and caused symptoms like the wax head pictured. This meant that people would find a person with the disease repulsive and were unlikely to have sex with them. Those sores were also foul smelling so in order for the disease to survive it had to become less obvious, it adapted so that it would go unoticed and that's the strain of the disease that is around today.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
